Catch-all Emails
Should you make a catch-all email account? What is a catch-all mailbox?
A catch-all feature that is enabled for a given mailbox will permit you to receive email messages that are sent to addresses that do not actually exist. Otherwise said, if you remove an email address and someone still sends an email message to it, or to any mistyped email address under the exact same domain name, you’ll get the email in the catch-all mailbox. Using this feature implies that you won’t miss an email for any reason whatsoever, which could be vital if you are running some company, for instance. Since you may begin receiving spam messages, you can combine the catch-all functionality with email filters in order to receive only legitimate email messages in your inbox. Just one mailbox per domain can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be set up for a catch-all mailbox.

Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
You’ll be able to create a catch-all email mailbox without effort if you’ve got a
shared website hosting account with our company. The Email Manager in our in-house created Hepsia Control Panel is fully featured, yet exceptionally easy to use, and it will allow you to enable different options, including the catch-all one, with no more than a couple of mouse clicks. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and on the right-hand side of each one you will see a mini "Catch-all" icon. Clicking it once will enable this feature, clicking it twice will disable it. Since you can have just one such mailbox per domain, our system will warn you if you’ve already got another one with this feature activated or if you’ve got active email forwarding.

Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The in-house created Hepsia Control Panel that comes with each
semi-dedicated server package that we are offering will allow you to create a catch-all e-mailbox with ease even in case you don’t have much email/web hosting experience. All you need to do to accomplish that is click on the catch-all icon, which will be next to each email address that you’ve created using your domains in the Email Manager section of the hosting Control Panel. As you can have just one single mailbox with this feature per domain name, our system will inform you if you’ve already configured a different catch-all mailbox or if the one that you want to use has email forwarding enabled. In case you decide that you don’t want the feature any longer, you can deactivate it by clicking once again on the very same icon. The Email Manager will also allow you to see your catch-all mailboxes at a glance.
